Mike Rud The North Dakota Retail Association is determined to help your business operations remain profitable and viable. NDRA’s primary objective is to represent your business interests by lobbying on behalf of its member marketers at both the state and national levels. It’s vital lawmakers take into full consideration the impacts potential legislation can have on the retail sector.

What makes NDRA unique is it represents both the large and small retailers in North Dakota. We value each retail outlet’s involvement in the association and treat all members with respect and dignity, no matter the size of the operation. Whether you are a mom and pop hardware store in rural North Dakota or a chain department store in the larger cities, legislation doesn’t discriminate: what impacts one retailer will usually impact all retailers.

NDRA is the retailer’s podium. It’s YOUR VOICE that makes the real difference. We encourage as many members as possible get involved in the association’s lobbying efforts. Nothing grabs the attention of a legislator more than a phone call or a letter from a constituent from their own district. Along those lines, NDRA pushes for members to work together. This networking can lead to more business contacts and opportunities. We value your input and encourage members to do the same with one another!
